The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Compliance Associate to join a dynamic team. You'll provide regulatory advisory support; help manage compliance queries and contribute to the ongoing development of compliance policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle compliance queries related to Personal Account Dealing, Gifts & Hospitality, and Compliance Declarations.
- Support compliance monitoring and assist with MI reporting for senior management.
- Assist in the drafting and updating of policies and deliver compliance training to business teams.
- Help manage conflicts of interest and ensure adherence to FCA regulations.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing compliance reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance compliance systems and processes.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Regulatory Compliance within a UK-regulated financial institution, ideally in private equity, asset management, or banking.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and market abuse controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with compliance systems.
