The Role of Recruitment Consultant – is based in London with the option of home‑working one day a week upon completion of training and probation.

We are looking to hire Recruitment Consultants at varying levels to support our teams operationally and/or grow our teams across the business.

This role is 180 days focused on candidate service, sourcing and screening along with other administrative duties. We expect you to strive for excellence, yet we will support you every step of the way. You should possess unrivalled drive, strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills. We work hard with you through the recruitment process to set you up for success and offer ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and qualify candidates
• Maintain strong relationships in the market
• Work to improve recruitment efficiency
• Support the team operationally with outreach and administration

What we’re looking for

• Ability to think fast and react to business needs
• Confidence and natural energy to pitch our services to candidates and build strong networks
• Ownership of development with a hunger to learn
• A raw drive to hit and surpass targets
• For senior consultants – a proven track record of hitting sales targets consistently
• Experience within the Legal Industry or a Law Degree is advantageous
