Job Description
Our client, a leading city law firm, are seeking a paralegal to join their renowned Commercial Real Estate department. This is an amazing opportunity to join this very successful team and to take the next step in their legal career, with exposure to high-quality transactions, direct client contact, and progression in a collaborative and ambitious environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting partners and solicitors on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development, and landlord & tenant matters
- Drafting and reviewing leases, licences, contracts, and land registry documentation
Required:
- 12 months of experience in a commercial property team (either at a law firm or in-house)
- Strong understanding of the property lifecycle and key documentation
- Excellent attention to detail, drafting skills, and ability to manage multiple matters
