My client, a well-regarded law firm with a strong real estate practice, is seeking an academically strong and proactive Real Estate Paralegal with 1 years of experience to join their team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in both commercial and residential property matters. Key Responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Supporting transactions involving the sale, purchase, and refinancing of real estate assets. Conducting title checks, searches, and preparing due diligence reports. Managing pre-completion and post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
