Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support on a variety of real estate transactions from start to finish
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents
• Manage conditions precedent, checklists, and closing deliverables
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to progress matters

About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5PQE+
• Strong real estate experience from a reputable UK, US, or City law firm
• Excellent drafting, commercial, and transaction management skills
• Strong communicator with the ability to handle multiple matters independently
