If so, this is a genuinely exciting interim opportunity. We’re looking for an interim lawyer to step into a pivotal role, bridging an unexpected gap within a high-performing and well-regarded team. This role offers real responsibility, exposure to complex matters, and the chance to add value from day one.
What we’re looking for:
- 4–7 PQE (candidates slightly above or below this range will also be considered)
- Strong private funds experience, ideally advising on closed-ended fund structures across Luxembourg and UK funds
- Experience working with or alongside private equity sponsors
- Broader corporate and commercial experience is a definite plus
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to hit the ground running in an interim setting
