Real Estate Finance Paralegal sought for a Leading City Law Firm.
The Client
Our client, a highly regarded City Law Firm, are looking for a Paralegal with real estate finance experience to join their Real Estate Finance team in their London office.
The Role
The successful candidate’s work will include (but not be limited to):
- Communicating with clients and third parties involved in transactions,
- Promptly responding to requests from clients and agents,
- File opening and due diligence work,
- Keeping on top of the case management system,
- Ad hoc administrative duties when required.
The Requirements
The ideal candidate will have some (if not all) of the following characteristics and skills:
- Previous experience within a Real Estate team, exposure to Real Estate Finance is highly advantageous,
- Strong academics – LLB/GDL – LPC preferred but not essential.
