For Companies Our client, a leading international law firm, are seeking an experience paralegal to join their highly successful commercial real estate team. This is an incredible opportunity to join a very reputable international law firm and gain exposure to this dynamic and exciting area of the law.
The role:
- Assisting with a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and due diligence
- Drafting, reviewing and managing legal documentation such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, title reports, and closing documents
- Conducting title and survey reviews, zoning research, and coordinating due diligence investigations
- Supporting solicitors with case management, closing coordination, and administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
Requirements:
- Very strong academic background
- circa 1 + years experience as a commercial real estate paralegal
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine and strong interest in commercial real estate law and eagerness to develop within this area of law.
