Our client, a leading Tier 1 law firm, is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join their growing team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside top-tier lawyers on high-quality commercial work, within a firm known for its excellent training, career progression, and supportive culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts
- Preparing and reviewing NDAs for a variety of clients and transactions
- Conducting due diligence exercises, including reviewing and summarising documentation
- Liaising directly with clients and internal stakeholders to support transactions
- Assisting with the coordination and management of contract lifecycles
- Supporting the wider commercial team on ad hoc projects as required
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years' experience working within commercial contracts
- Solid experience across a range of contract types, NDAs, and due diligence processes
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and senior stakeholders
- Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester
- Maximum notice period of 1 month
