An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Paralegal to join the in‑house legal team of a globally recognised technology and media business operating at the forefront of connectivity, digital services and innovation. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys working closely with commercial and operational teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
The Role
- Support the legal team on a broad range of commercial matters, including:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements (services agreements, NDAs, SaaS agreements and supplier contracts)
- Supporting on technology and digital services arrangements
- Advising internal stakeholders on contractual risk and key commercial terms
- Assisting with contract management and process improvement initiatives
- Working cross‑functionally with sales, procurement and product teams
About You
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a commercial paralegal role
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (services, NDAs, SaaS etc.)
- Experience gained in‑house within a technology, telecommunications or ad‑tech environment is highly desirable (though other commercial backgrounds will absolutely be considered)
- Ideally completed SQE 1 and 2 (or currently progressing through qualification)
- Strong academic background
- Commercially minded, detail‑oriented and confident engaging with stakeholders
