A leading and well established UK law firm is seeking to appoint an outstanding Transactional Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to build a long term career within a highly reputable firm.
About the Opportunity
This position offers a clear pathway to internal qualification. You will join in a paralegal capacity with a defined route to qualify as a solicitor at the one year mark, subject to strong performance. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation, drafting and review of a wide range of transactional documents
- Managing due diligence processes and conducting legal research
- Supporting fee earners with matter administration and project management
- Liaising with clients, counsel and external stakeholders where required
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the firm's high standards of accuracy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Strong academic background
- Solid grounding in transactional work within private practice or in house
- Full right to work in the UK
- Completion of the LPC or a pass in both SQE1 and SQE2 which is non negotiable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- A genuine commitment to pursuing qualification and developing within the firm
