We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Delivery Consultants to join our London team and support our flexible legal resourcing mandates at various levels. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one, combining strong candidate management skills with a keen commercial mindset at its core. You will build relationships with candidates, working closely with senior consultants to identify, engage and manage exceptional legal professionals. Identify, engage and screen high-quality legal professionals, thereby building a strong pipeline of talent across the market ~ Cultivate and maintain meaningful, long-term candidate relationships and, as such, become a trusted point of contact and a genuine expert in your space ~ Work closely with senior consultants to drive delivery on live mandates, ensuring speed, quality and precision at every stage ~ Play an active role in market mapping and wider delivery initiatives, helping shape the direction of the business ~ Champion a consistently high-quality candidate experience, reflecting the standard SJP is known for across the legal market A strong academic background, and an interest in the legal sector (a law degree or legal exposure is a plus) ~ Experience and/or exposure to sales, talent advisory, client-facing roles, or recruitment ~ Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills, with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels ~ A proactive and commercial mindset, with a strong ability to spot opportunities and act on them ~ you are energised by a high-performance environment, and you hold yourself to a high standard because you want to, not because you have to
