We are partnering with a global consumer products company to appoint a Group Legal Counsel into a broad, high-impact role. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking for increased autonomy and exposure across a multi-jurisdictional business.
As a Group Legal Counsel, you will work closely with senior leadership and coordinate external legal advisers as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide corporate and commercial legal advice across the group
- Lead commercial contract negotiation and risk assessment
- Support strategic initiatives such as partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A
- Advise on regulatory compliance, data protection, and governance matters
- Act as Company Secretary for UK entities
- Support employment-related legal matters in collaboration with HR
