We are currently working on a number of confidential interim corporate counsel mandates across some of the most exciting, high-growth technology and financial services businesses operating globally right now. These are not typical interim roles. The businesses we're working with are internationally active, fast-moving and ambitious - and they need experienced, autonomous corporate lawyers who can lead from day one without hand-holding. The Work

  • Lead on M&A transactions, equity and debt financings and strategic investments
  • Advise on ESOP and incentive arrangements, intra-group treasury and reorganisations
  • Oversee corporate secretarial and governance functions
  • Support investor relations, financial audits and ESG matters
  • Advise on real estate arrangements and IP matters
  • Partner with commercial and regulatory legal teams on cross-border initiatives
  • Manage and instruct external counsel across multiple jurisdictions

About You

  • UK, US or common law qualified, mid - senior PQE
  • Strong corporate pedigree - trained at a leading international law firm
  • Significant experience advising on large, complex cross-border corporate transactions
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously and drive projects to completion independently
  • Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity and pace
  • Strong academic background
  • In-house experience - permanent or on secondment - highly desirable
  • Fintech, payments or broader financial services exposure a significant advantage
  • Private fundraising, ESOP, real estate or IP exposure will make you stand out
