Are you a commercial lawyer looking for an interim opportunity where you can make an immediate impact?

3-6-month contract.
Supporting a busy and growing legal function, you'll work closely with commercial stakeholders across the business, providing pragmatic legal advice and taking ownership of a broad range of commercial matters.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys partnering with the business, rolling up their sleeves and delivering practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
You'll advise on a broad range of commercial matters, including
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Sales agreements relating to products, components and equipment.
- Supply, maintenance and services agreements.
- Supporting projects across sectors including infrastructure, energy, data centres, rail, marine and industrial manufacturing.
- Managing low-value pre-litigation disputes.
- Providing day-to-day commercial legal advice to business stakeholders.
- Who We're Looking For
- This opportunity would suit a commercially minded lawyer with approximately
- 3–6 years' PQE
(although there is flexibility for the right individual) who can quickly integrate into the business and hit the ground running.
