A global law firm is seeking an Immigration Lawyer to join its established team in London. The role will involve advising a range of corporate and individual clients on UK immigration matters, supporting both day-to-day advisory work and longer-term strategic projects. This is an opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, providing high-quality legal support across a broad spectrum of immigration issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on a range of UK immigration matters, including both corporate and private client work
  • Managing a varied caseload, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with client expectations
  • Preparing and submitting visa applications, sponsorship licence applications, and related documentation
  • Supporting corporate clients with compliance obligations, including right to work and sponsor duties
  • Keeping up to date with changes in immigration law and policy, and communicating these to clients where relevant
  • Liaising with government bodies and other external stakeholders as required
  • Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters and contributing to team initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified lawyer with 2+ PQE experience in UK immigration law
  • Experience advising corporate clients is desirable
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK immigration processes and requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Effective communication skills with a client-focused approach
