Interim Legal Counsel to join its European Markets & Securities Services (MSS) Legal team, supporting the

Equity Derivatives business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing legal team during a period of significant growth and regulatory change, providing commercially focused legal support across a broad range of Equity Derivatives and Structured Products matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on legal and reputational risk across the Equity Derivatives business.
  • Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation, including distribution agreements and pricing supplements.
  • Provide pragmatic legal advice to senior business stakeholders.
  • Support regulatory implementation and documentation enhancement projects.
  • Work closely with Front Office, Structuring, Compliance, Risk and external counsel.
