Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting corporate governance documentation, including board minutes and written resolutions
- Reviewing non-disclosure agreements and standard commercial contracts
- Assisting with supplier agreements, engagement letters, and KYC processes
- Maintaining company registers, statutory filings, and legal databases
- Providing broad legal and administrative support across ongoing matters and projects
