The Stephen James Partnership is seeking a Paralegal (or Staff Attorney) to join its London Health & Life Sciences practice. You will support lawyers advising clients across healthcare and life sciences transactions, regulatory matters and advisory work, including CQC-related issues and regulatory investigations.
You will conduct legal research on healthcare law, draft and review healthcare agreements, and assist with due diligence on healthcare transactions such as hospitals and clinics.
