We are looking for a Finance Paralegal to support a portfolio of sponsor clients. This is a hands-on role focused on the day-to-day management of capital call facilities, including supporting on increases, extensions, amendments and refinancings, as well as assisting with new sub lines as they are put in place. The role suits someone who enjoys working in the detail, collaborating closely with senior lawyers, and gaining exposure to high-quality fund finance work. There is variety in the day-to-day work, along with opportunities to assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
Key Skills:
- Organised and responsive with an ability to prioritise and work to deadlines, demonstrating strong attention to detail
- Previous finance experience desirable
- Previous paralegal/legal assistant experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with lawyers and other departments
- Be confident to work independently and manage own workload
- Be able to work with different time zones
