About the Role
You will be embedded within a Corporate Legal team, taking ownership of board governance and entity management matters across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Treasury, Tax and Compliance, you will play a central role in keeping corporate administration running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading on board governance across the group — scheduling meetings, preparing materials, drafting minutes and managing board delegations
- Managing group entity matters, including incorporations, director appointments, statutory filings and maintaining corporate registers
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including resolutions and board minutes
- Supporting capital actions such as dividends and capitalisations, and assisting with other corporate transactions
- Coordinating with external counsel and corporate service providers
- Assisting the Finance team with annual group audits
- Arranging execution, notarisation and apostilles for legal documents
- Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline existing workflows and processes

- 3+ years' company secretarial experience
- Strong working knowledge of board governance and entity management
- Experience handling multi-jurisdictional corporate matters
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
