About the Role

You will be embedded within a Corporate Legal team, taking ownership of board governance and entity management matters across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Treasury, Tax and Compliance, you will play a central role in keeping corporate administration running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading on board governance across the group — scheduling meetings, preparing materials, drafting minutes and managing board delegations
  • Managing group entity matters, including incorporations, director appointments, statutory filings and maintaining corporate registers
  • Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including resolutions and board minutes
  • Supporting capital actions such as dividends and capitalisations, and assisting with other corporate transactions
  • Coordinating with external counsel and corporate service providers
  • Assisting the Finance team with annual group audits
  • Arranging execution, notarisation and apostilles for legal documents
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline existing workflows and processes

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' company secretarial experience
  • Strong working knowledge of board governance and entity management
  • Experience handling multi-jurisdictional corporate matters
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
