We’re partnering with a high-growth, global betting, gaming and entertainment business currently undergoing an exciting phase of international expansion. You’ll be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking legal team, partnering directly with senior stakeholders across the business and playing a key role in supporting strategic commercial initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

The Opportunity

This is a broad, hands-on commercial role with significant visibility across the business. You will work closely with teams across technology, marketing, compliance and operations, advising on a wide range of commercial and strategic matters. The role offers exciting exposure to sports, sponsorship and media-related commercial work, making it particularly attractive for someone looking to work more closely with high-profile sporting partnerships and entertainment brands. The environment is fast-moving, entrepreneurial and highly collaborative — ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business and wants to make a tangible impact. The business operates a hybrid working model of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, with access to a modern, high-spec office space including an on-site gym and excellent facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including:
    • Supplier and service agreements
    • Marketing, sponsorship and partnership contracts
    • Technology, SaaS and platform agreements
    • Data protection and privacy-related documentation
    • Advise on customer-facing terms and digital products
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across marketing, tech and compliance
  • Support on regulatory, advertising and consumer law matters
  • Assist on strategic business initiatives, including potential M&A activity
  • Contribute to improving legal processes, contract management and operational efficiency
About You
  • England & Wales qualified with c.4PQE+
  • Trained and qualified at a recognised City law firm
  • Strong academic background
  • Strong grounding in commercial contracts gained within private practice
  • Commercially minded with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
  • Confident operating within a fast-paced and evolving business environment
  • Interest in betting, gaming, sport, entertainment or digital sectors is advantageous
