Our client, a leading US law firm with a prominent London office, is looking for a driven Transactional Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior paralegal to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of high-value transactions, working closely with senior lawyers on complex cross-border deals.
- Draft and review transaction documentation including loan agreements, facility agreements, security documents, and corporate ancillaries.
- Liaise with clients, counterparties, and third-party service providers such as banks, agents, and registrars.
- Support regulatory and Companies House filings, including UCC and PPSR searches where required on cross-border matters.
- Up to 2 years' paralegal experience gained at a US law firm, elite international law firm, UK Silver Circle or Magic Circle.
