Supporting the legal team in regulatory and compliance matters related to fund operations. Conducting legal research on fund structures, securities regulations, and other relevant laws. Managing and maintaining legal documentation databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Very strong academics ~1 year + experience as a Funds paralegal ~ Strong legal drafting and research skills. ~
