We are currently partnering with a number of leading asset managers, investment firms and financial institutions that are looking to appoint experienced Interim Investment Funds Lawyers on a contract basis.
With several mandates expected to come to market over the coming weeks, we are keen to speak with high‑calibre lawyers interested in interim opportunities across a broad range of investment products and fund structures.
Areas of Interest
We would be particularly interested in hearing from lawyers with experience in:
- Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Private Credit funds
- UCITS, OEICs and other retail/public fund structures
- Asset management and investment product advisory work
- Product development and governance
- Distribution, platform and commercial arrangements
- Fund launches, restructurings and ongoing fund maintenance
Candidate Profile
- UK-qualified lawyer with strong investment funds and/or asset management experience
- Trained and qualified within a leading private practice law firm and/or a recognised financial institution
- Excellent academic background
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions‑focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneouslyComfortable operating autonomously and integrating quickly into legal teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
