A leading global engineering and manufacturing business is seeking an Interim Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team on an initial 3-6-month contract.
Supporting a busy and growing legal function, you'll work closely with commercial stakeholders across the business, providing pragmatic legal advice and taking ownership of a broad range of commercial matters.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys partnering with the business, rolling up their sleeves and delivering practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
The Role You'll advise on a broad range of commercial matters, including: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
Sales agreements relating to products, components and equipment.
Supply, maintenance and services agreements.
Supporting projects across sectors including infrastructure, energy, data centres, rail, marine and industrial manufacturing.
Managing low-value pre-litigation disputes.
Providing day-to-day commercial legal advice to business stakeholders.
Who We're Looking For This opportunity would suit a commercially minded lawyer with approximately 3β6 years' PQE (although there is flexibility for the right individual) who can quickly integrate into the business and hit the ground running.
We're particularly interested in lawyers with experience in one or more of the following sectors: Engineering Manufacturing Infrastructure Energy Construction Oil
