As demand for interim legal support continues to grow across the financial services sector, we are actively looking to expand our network of experienced interim finance lawyers. We are keen to connect with lawyers who have experience across a range of financing disciplines, including:
- Structured Finance and Securitisation
- Leveraged and Acquisition Finance
- Infrastructure and Project Finance
- Asset Finance
- Corporate Lending and General Banking
We work closely with a broad range of financial institutions, alternative lenders, asset managers, infrastructure investors and other global organisations that regularly utilise interim legal support across their financing and transactional teams. Typical areas of exposure include:
- Complex financing and refinancing transactions
- Cross-border lending arrangements
- Structured products and securitisation programmes
- Acquisition and leveraged finance matters
- Infrastructure and project finance transactions
- Asset-backed and asset finance arrangements
- Strategic business, regulatory and transactional advisory work
Candidate profile:
- Strong technical finance expertise gained in private practice and/or in-house
- Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments
- Experience advising on complex domestic and international transactions
- Immediately available or available at short notice is advantageous
