Interim Employment Counsel – Financial Services | London (Hybrid)
Are you an experienced employment lawyer available at short notice and looking for a high-impact interim role within a global organisation? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a commercially focused, business-facing position where you can add immediate value within a prestigious blue-chip environment.
We’re partnering with a globally recognised business on a key Interim Employment Counsel hire. Joining a high-performing legal team, you’ll support both UK and international operations, with a strong focus on corporate employment, reward, and senior stakeholder matters during a critical period.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice across a broad range of employment law matters
- Advising on executive compensation, benefits, and incentive structures (including bonus and LTIPs)
- Supporting on corporate transactions, including M&A activity
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and related documentation
- Partnering closely with HR, Reward, and senior stakeholders across the business to deliver timely solutions
Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified employment lawyer with strong UK experience (private practice and/or in-house)
- Proven track record across corporate employment matters, including TUPE
- Experience in reward, benefits, and executive compensation
- Experience in Financial Services is not essential, however must have experience in large scale businesses
- Confident operating in a fast-paced, business-facing environment with senior stakeholders
- Immediately available or on a short notice period
