Your Responsibilities:
- Advise on commercial and technology agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor contracts, NDAs, and DPAs
- Provide day-to-day legal support to business stakeholders on commercial and operational matters
- Partner with legal, compliance, product, and commercial teams across a global organisation
- Support ESG and regulatory initiatives, identifying risks and providing practical guidance
- Contribute to legal process improvements, internal initiatives, and strategic projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial contracts or technology transactions
- Strong experience negotiating SaaS, licensing, and data-related agreements
- Exposure to ESG, sustainability, or regulatory frameworks is advantageous
- Commercial, pragmatic mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent drafting, organisational, and problem-solving skills
