Job Role: IP Paralegal Location: London Hours of work: Full Time Duration: Full Time Salary: Competitive About The Job Our Commercial Law Firm who are a leading IP Patent Law Firm is looking to take a Paralegal who have a passion for IP. This is an amazing opportunity for Paralegals with a Training Contract starting in 12 Months looking to start their career in IP. Key Responsibilities Assisting with all stages of patent litigation, including preparing bundles, managing documents, and supporting disclosure. Conducting legal and technical research relating to patents, IP rights, and scientific subject matter. Drafting correspondence, preparing court documents, and supporting hearings and trial preparation. Liaising with clients, experts, counsel, and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression . What We’re Looking For Candidates who have secured a Future Training Contract, and are available for 12 months. A genuine interest in Intellectual Property/Patent Disputes. Excellent research abilities, strong organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
