About The Job

Our Commercial Law Firm who are a leading IP Patent Law Firm is looking to take a Paralegal who have a passion for IP. This is an amazing opportunity for Paralegals with a Training Contract starting in 12 Months looking to start their career in IP.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with all stages of patent litigation, including preparing bundles, managing documents, and supporting disclosure.
• Conducting legal and technical research relating to patents, IP rights, and scientific subject matter.
• Drafting correspondence, preparing court documents, and supporting hearings and trial preparation.
• Liaising with clients, experts, counsel, and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates who have secured a Future Training Contract, and are available for 12 months.
• A genuine interest in Intellectual Property/Patent Disputes.
• Excellent research abilities, strong organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
