Transactional Finance & Banking Paralegal (Graduate) - Native/Fluent German Necessary

Our client is looking for a graduate paralegal to join the transactional finance and banking team. This is a great opportunity for a law graduate at the start of their career to gain hands-on experience supporting a range of lending, corporate finance, and banking transactions.

What you'll do:

  • Support fee earners on syndicated and bilateral lending, real estate finance, and corporate banking transactions
  • Assist with due diligence, document review, and drafting ancillary documents
  • Help manage signing and completion processes, including collating signature pages and managing closing bibles
  • Liaise with clients, counterparties, and other advisers as needed
  • Conduct legal research and assist with administrative aspects of deal execution

What we're looking for:

  • A law degree (LLB, GDL, or equivalent)
  • No prior paralegal or work experience required, just a strong academic record and a genuine interest in finance and banking law
  • Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Native or fluent proficiency in German, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work under deadline pressure
  • A team player with good communication skills
