We’re looking for a technically strong Finance Lawyer to join a global organisation on an interim basis. This 3-month role involves debt transactions, trade and supply chain finance, and innovative credit structures, including work across emerging markets. You’ll work closely with the business, manage external counsel, and be involved in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex deals.
Requirements:
- 5+ PQE at an international law firm or global financial institution
- Experience in corporate lending, structured finance, and debt capital markets
- Strong knowledge of LMA English law facility agreements and inter-creditor agreements
