Join a fast‑growing digital financial services company transforming how customers save, invest and build their financial future. We’re looking for an experienced lawyer to provide interim cover and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, customer‑focused financial products.
Opportunity
- Act as a trusted legal adviser to the Pensions, Investments & Wealth Product teams.
- Provide legal and regulatory guidance across pensions, ISAs, GIAs and other wealth or investment products.
- Partner with Product, Design, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Engineering teams to help launch compliant, customer‑friendly products.
- Support the development of new propositions and enhancements, including exploring new asset classes or features.
- Help manage third‑party relationships, including trustees, administrators, custodians and other providers.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial, product and supplier agreements.
- Work with external counsel to ensure efficient, cost‑effective delivery of legal advice.
About You
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent).
- Experience advising on pensions, investments or wealth products OR a strong financial services regulatory background.
- Solid understanding of financial regulation, consumer protection and compliance.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Commercially minded, pragmatic and able to balance risk and business objectives.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Curious, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast‑moving, innovative environment.
