An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IP lawyer (2+ PQE) to join the brand protection team of a world-leading sports organisation, supporting the enforcement of one of the most recognised brands in global sport and entertainment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing trade mark enforcement matters globally
- Instructing local counsel and reviewing enforcement correspondence
- Preparing and reviewing settlement agreements
- Reviewing IP monitoring reports and advising on next steps
- Responding to third-party IP queries
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-profile IP cases
- Maintaining key record-keeping and compliance processes
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ PQE, ideally gained in private practice
- Experience across both contentious and non-contentious trade mark work
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to manage matters independently
- Prior in-house or secondment experience (preferred but not essential)
