We are working with a high-growth business operating within the creative industry, currently undergoing significant international expansion. They are seeking an experienced Company Secretary to take ownership of their global entity structure, supporting governance across a complex, multi-jurisdictional group. The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing the company secretarial function across international entities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and best practice across multiple jurisdictions. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, supporting on governance matters and helping the business scale in a controlled and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the global entity structure across international entities
  • Maintain statutory books and records across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with local corporate governance and filing requirements
  • Lead on entity lifecycle management, including incorporations, restructurings, and liquidations
  • Coordinate and manage external corporate service providers and advisors globally

  • Partner with legal, finance, and tax teams on cross-border projects and structural changes

Requirements

  • 6+ Years of experience as a Company Secretary
  • Proven experience managing international entity structures within a multi-jurisdictional environment
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance requirements
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth business or professional services environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
