About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Technology Lawyer with experience in SaaS and technology transactions.
You will handle a wide range of legal and commercial matters, from customer contracting to data protection, while helping shape scalable legal processes for a fast-moving tech business.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, software licensing, and other commercial contracts with enterprise and SME customers.
- Advise on issues relating to intellectual property, data privacy (including GDPR and other international frameworks), and information security.
- Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and partnerships with practical legal advice.
- Work with sales and customer success teams to balance risk and revenue in contract negotiations.
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting SaaS and cloud services and translate them into actionable guidance.
About You
- Qualified lawyer with a min of 4PQE (happy to consider experienced candidates)
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements and commercial technology contracts.
- Working knowledge of data protection, IP, and IT law; experience with international jurisdictions is a plus.
