Job Description
I am working exclusively with a global leader in financial intelligence and analytics to recruit a Commercial Paralegal for their in-house legal team on a permanent basis.
This role offers the opportunity to support a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters within a fast-paced, international environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and software licences, while supporting broader legal operations, compliance processes, and internal stakeholder engagement. A key part of the role will also involve contributing to ESG and regulatory legal work, making experience in these areas essential.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of paralegal experience gained either in-house or within private practice, along with a solid understanding of commercial legal principles.
