Job Description
Are you a commercial lawyer with real ESG chops? We’re partnering with a leading global financial data and sustainability platform on an interim role covering maternity leave.
In this role you will
- Advise on commercial contracts, licensing and regulatory matters with a strong ESG and sustainability dimension
- Support on incident response, data sharing requests and ad hoc privacy questions where they intersect with ESG requirements
We’re looking for someone who has
- 6 to 10 years’ PQE, ideally in‑house or in a regulated financial services environment
- Hands‑on or affiliated experience advising on ESG and sustainability matters
- Proven strength in negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial and regulatory agreements
