We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join a high-performing in-house legal team supporting a leading international payments and technology business. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with product teams on innovative products, commercial contracts, and go-to-market initiatives across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day legal support to the Europe Product team.
- Advise on new product launches, commercialisation strategies, and general commercial matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Support bespoke client arrangements and template contract development.
- Identify and coordinate advice on competition, data protection, and regulatory matters.
- Manage external counsel where required across multiple jurisdictions.
