You'll become a trusted legal partner to the business, providing commercially focused advice on regulatory, legal and reputational risk, supporting strategic business initiatives, negotiating commercial agreements, and influencing decision-making at a senior level.
The Role- Advise on complex UK and EU financial services regulation.
- Partner with senior business leaders on strategic regulatory and commercial initiatives.
- Support regulatory change programmes and provide guidance on legal, conduct and reputational risk.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documentation.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.

- Qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience.

- Excellent knowledge of UK and EU financial services regulation.
