A leading international law firm is seeking a Private Equity Paralegal to support its high-performing corporate team on complex, cross-border transactions. The role involves assisting fee earners on all stages of private equity deals, including leveraged buyouts, fund investments, portfolio management, and exits.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing transaction documents
