The Role
You will work closely with senior lawyers and key stakeholders, supporting a broad range of corporate and governance matters across multiple jurisdictions. The role offers genuine responsibility, visibility, and the opportunity to develop within a high-performing, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting corporate governance and entity management across a global group
- Assisting with board and committee processes, including resolutions and filings
- Managing corporate records and statutory registers
- Supporting transactional and commercial initiatives, including restructurings and strategic projects
- Liaising with external counsel and internal business teams
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a corporate paralegal or similar role (law firm or in-house)
- Strong academic background, with a high-quality law degree (or equivalent)
