Looking to make your first move in-house? This is a rare opportunity for a Junior Legal Counsel to step straight into a hands-on commercial property role. You’ll join a small, high-impact legal team, gaining exposure to high-profile deals, portfolio transactions, and complex property matters from day one. What you’ll do
- Take the lead on commercial property deals from heads of terms to completion
- Draft and review Agreements for Lease and Leases
- Conduct title due diligence and resolve issues
- Manage Land Registry applications, searches, SDLT, and post-completion formalities
- Work directly on portfolio transactions with institutional landlords and investors
Who we’re looking for
- Qualified solicitor, 0–4 PQE
- Commercial property experience essential
- Proactive, commercially minded, and confident working across teams
- Experience in property investment, real estate, or corporate transactions is a plus
