We are seeking an NQ–1 PQE Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a structured, high-quality in-house legal team within a globally recognised financial institution. The Role
- Draft and review NDAs, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts
- Provide commercial and practical advice to internal stakeholders
- Support the legal team on day-to-day contractual matters
- Build expertise in financial services contracts under the guidance of experienced lawyers
The Candidate
- NQ–1 PQE (qualified in England & Wales or equivalent)
- Strong experience in financial services, either trained in-house or with extensive paralegal experience
- Confident drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
