Interim Opportunity: Legal Counsel (Corporate Governance) – EMEA Legal Team

Interim Legal Counsel – EMEA | Interested in gaining hands-on experience supporting legal entity management across multiple jurisdictions? Want to work within a collaborative, in-house legal team on complex, multi-jurisdictional corporate structures?

We are supporting a global organisation in the search for an Interim Legal Counsel to join their EMEA Legal team on a fixed-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to corporate governance, entity lifecycle management, and cross-border compliance across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting legal entity management across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, including formation, dissolution, mergers, and reorganisations.
  • Assisting with corporate governance, statutory filings, and compliance obligations.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Tax, and Compliance, as well as external counsel.
  • Providing general corporate legal support to the wider legal team, including intercompany agreements and ad hoc corporate projects.
  • Contributing to process improvements, governance controls, and maintenance of legal entity databases.

About You:

  • England & Wales qualified lawyer with 0–2 years PQE.
  • Experience in corporate law and/or corporate governance; legal entity management experience is advantageous.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive, with the ability to step into an interim role confidently.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, professional approach.
