Are you an experienced employment lawyer available at short notice and looking for a high-impact interim role within a global organisation? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a commercially focused, business-facing position where you can add immediate value within a prestigious blue-chip environment.

We’re partnering with a globally recognised business on a key Interim Employment Counsel hire. Joining a high-performing legal team, you’ll support both UK and international operations, with a strong focus on corporate employment, reward, and senior stakeholder matters during a critical period.

  • Providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice across a broad range of employment law matters
  • Advising on executive compensation, benefits, and incentive structures (including bonus and LTIPs)
  • Supporting on corporate transactions, including M&A activity
  • Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and related documentation

A qualified employment lawyer with strong UK experience (private practice and/or in-house). Experience in reward, benefits, and executive compensation. Experience in Financial Services is not essential, however must have experience in large scale businesses. Immediately available or on a short notice period.
