Our client is seeking a highly motivated arbitration paralegal to join their market-leading team. This role offers exposure to some of the most challenging and high-profile arbitration matters, working alongside experienced lawyers on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on international arbitration law, procedure, and substantive legal issues.
- Assist with drafting submissions, witness statements, expert reports, and memorials for arbitral proceedings.
- Review and analyse evidence, contracts, treaties, and factual records to support case preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of hearing bundles and procedural documents for arbitral tribunals.
- Support counsel and associates with strategy, case management, and procedural compliance under leading arbitral rules (LCIA, ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, SIAC, etc.).
- Monitor developments in arbitration law and contribute to internal know-how resources.
- Liaise with external counsel, experts, and clients on case progression.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent academic background, with a minimum 2:1 law degree (or equivalent) and consistently strong results.
- Prior 1+ years of experience in arbitration, international disputes (law firm, arbitral institution, or in-house legal team)
- Strong drafting and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and factual issues.
- Knowledge of arbitral rules and procedures, with demonstrable interest in international dispute resolution.
