The Steamship Authority is currently seeking to fill a full-time, permanent, union position in the Engineering and Maintenance Department working out of the Falmouth Maintenance Facility.
Qualifications
The applicant must have three to five years of experience in general household or commercial plumbing. The applicant must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Plumber with a minimum of Journeyman Plumber License. Preference will be given to those with skills in HVAC, Boiler work, and a thorough knowledge of electrical control. The applicant must be fully skilled and able to work from sketches and plans and be knowledgeable on the current Commonwealth of Massachusetts plumbing code standards.
Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is $35.64.
