Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience
- Deliver friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service
- Serve guests confidently at both table and counter service
- Help customers with product recommendations and menu knowledge
- Ensure every customer has a positive experience
- Food & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare food items, including our signature filled bagels, to company standards
- Ensure all food and drinks are presented to high quality standards
- Support food prep and service readiness throughout the day
- Order Fulfilment & Service
- Process customer orders accurately using the till system
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently and professionally
- Clear tables and maintain a clean customer environment
- Teamwork & Operations
- Work collaboratively with both front and back of house teams
- Support different areas of the business when required
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety, A successful Front of House Team Member consistently delivers excellent customer service, prepares food and drinks to a high standard, maintains cleanliness and hygiene, and contributes to a positive, energetic team environment.
